After years of frustrating purchases, choosing premium chicken feed from local produce stores only to find them full of dust and lacking in vitamins and minerals, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

The Poodle and the Hen chicken & poultry feed has been specially formulated by us here at the farm over the past few years, in conjunction with a poultry scientist. We wanted a chicken feed that was non-medicated, high in protein and included additional premium vitamins and minerals to support our flock's overall health, even during drought when the birds don't have access to green grass.

Since feeding with our own specialty mix our birds are looking healthier, keep a good size and we have seen noticeable improvements in leg colour and feather gloss.
